    • By booking a stay, guests agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

    • Reservations can be made through Booking.com, Airbnb or directly via the website.

    • Payment terms depend on the platform used (Booking.com and Airbnb’s policies apply for Booking.com and Airbnb bookings; direct bookings follow our policies).

    • A booking is only confirmed after full or partial payment, as specified in the reservation process.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • Cancellations and refunds for Booking.com and Airbnb bookings follow Booking.com and Airbnb’s cancellation policy.

    • Direct bookings via our website are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

4. Check-in & Check-out

    • Check-in time: 15:00h

    • Check-out time: 11.00h

    • Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.

5. House Rules

    • No smoking inside the apartment.

    • No pets allowed unless explicitly agreed upon.

    • No parties or excessive noise, respecting local regulations.

    • Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them immediately.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

    • The property owner is not liable for lost/stolen items or injuries occurring during the stay.
